Can you service my car in the car park?
We certainly can if you own the land/premises where the service is to be carried out, and would like it done between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.
If you have an allocated parking space in a communal car park, we can only service your car if there is enough space around it for the work to be carried out and you are the owner of the actual land that comprises the parking space.
If you live in a rented property, you may need your landlord’s permission.
Can you repair my car in the car park/on the road?
Yes, provided your car can't be moved to carry out the repair, the repair will not take longer than 72 hours to complete, and we have enough space to carry out the required work.
How reliable is your estimate?
Sometimes a job is not as long/difficult as we thought. We don't charge you for time we haven't spent and we don't carry out work we don't need to.
Most vehicles we see are in good overall condition, and we can usually tell beforehand if there may be additional issues. However, it can be difficult to see the condition of the working area until the work is well underway. We have seen a few cases where parts turn out to be impossible to re-use: for example, if they are found to be rusted through or damaged (eg kerbing, hitting a bollard, incompetent previous work). If this is the case, and there is likely to be extra time/cost incurred, we will always "stop the clock" and discuss the options with you.
Can I buy the parts myself, and you just fit them?
If the parts are correct for the vehicle, this is not usually an issue. Please note we cannot offer any guarantee or warranty where the parts have not been supplied by us.
Can I just buy the parts from you, I can get dad/uncle Rob/cousin Dave to fit them?
Yes - we can get hold of almost any OEM or equivalent part at a competitive price for you.
Do you come out to where I live?
We cover an area which includes Plymouth, Saltash, Liskeard, Tavistock and Ivybridge.
